I thought exactly the same until he scored.

 

Big jump to be fair from league 2 to championship. Did look very nervous. Perhaps him scoring provides a bit of confidence and he'll look more comfortable. The money they paid is peanuts for them, and he's at a good age with experience & plenty of potential, would have been very happy to have him here, even on loan from west brom!
