    We don’t make oven ready signings, haven’t people cottoned on to that yet? Always have to wait weeks (probably months in Norwood’s case) for them to get up to speed. Worried if McCarthy is CH and Kitching is LWB. Fear the worst….

    They haven't trained with the team yet,nearly 40 games for them to play this season, nothing to get excited about.

    This seems to happen with every signing we make at the minute. Have we signed a single fit player this summer or have they all been sat on their arses?

    That team just screams sitting back and waiting for the inevitable.

    Its because the players we now manage to buy or loan are so far from their current first teams and literally have no better option at all than to come to us, that theyre nowhere near fit. A decent player with plenty of admirers is hardly not gonna be match fit. Its wot it is now.

    Duff's seat in the West Stand against Lincoln must have been behind one of the pillars. For McCarthy to play as he did and then retain a place in the team is just bananas. There were earthworms on the Oakwell turf that played better.

    Williams and Kitching as wing backs. Cole and Aitchison up front. I don't think this is a team to win the game, I think it's a team to prove a point to the directors; "Look, if you don't strengthen in the areas I have been banging on about about for the last 3 months, I'll have to play this shït"
