Has anyone on here had the procedure. Looked at the costing in the UK and seen having it done in Turkey is highly recommended and the price is affordable. When looking on Google though there is too many companies advertising this (so finding it hard to filter out the bad companies) , so maybe a long shot but seeing if anyone on here has been to Turkey for the treatment .
One of my friends did it and said it was the best thing he's ever done. He did a lot of research into it. Give me five minutes and I'll send a link for the company he used.
Appreciate this pal. Been struggling on flitering through all the different companies so any help is really appreciated. I'll have a look at the link. Thansk again
No idea why I followed a link to a hair transplant website but with a thread title like hair transplant turkey it was difficult not to. Anyhoo... The website claims 'transparent pricing'. I think they're underselling themselves. Invisible pricing would be more accurate.
If you draw a blank with this let me know as my hairdressers husband had it done and it appears to have worked for him!
€2000 used to be the price everywhere in Turkey, no matter how bad the case of baldness. I also looked into it, as my back is so hairy I hoped they'd just be able to move all the hair from there to my head, thus killing two birds with one stone. Unfortunately it doesn't quite work like that.
I love this board at times I did not expect the first thing I read on here this morning to be a thread on Turkey hair transplants. Wonderful And some people complain when the topics stray from football
Apparently if you go to Istanbul you see loads of people walking around with their heads covered up from the op. There’s loads having it done.
Alternatively, visit Transylvania and get your neck bitten by one of the many castle owners out there. Once you're up and about again, you'll never have to look at yourself in a mirror again.
Hi pal. I've contacted the link from the previous post but if you speak to your haridressers fella , please let me know cause be good to speak to a couple of companies
Haha don’t we all have a personal hairdresser ?! I wouldn’t let any fecker lose on my bouffant barnet. which actually reminds me of a time when my brother and I were going out on a night out together in Sheffield and we both needed a last-minute haircut. We went to some dude who we had never used before as he was the only guy open. I jumped into the chair and he proceeded to cut my hair whilst watching TV. It was quite an achievement actually, the fact that he barely looked at my head the entire cut, which last about 2 minutes 28 seconds. It looked absolutely appalling. Edwina and David Currie vibes, with a shaved wonky bit all round the sides. My brother then hopped into the chair and the hairdresser asked him what he wanted. @Merde Tete said ‘same as him please mate’ Fair to say that we looked like a right pair of tools that evening, even more than normal.
True story! Just to give it some context, our mates were already in the pub, hence speed being of the essence. The moment we walked in, someone just looked at us and asked if we'd been to see the "Butcher of Broomhill". I think he was quite well known around that area of Sheffield for giving very fast, very bad haircuts.
