Looking like a lot of Charlton attacks and shots from where I am sitting. Thankfully none of them have shooting boots on.

Really missing aitchison up top. His work rate, link up play and decent holding of the ball is missing for us today

Benson really needs to track back better and close down more at times. Looks fantastic on the ball though, and what a strike

Really? They've been much more threatening since we scored and have created some pretty presentable chances, just grateful their finishing has been woeful

We've unfortunately done very little since scoring and have barely had a kick

Really? Since the goal from our perspective in the east stand we’ve done very little, and their number four has the freedom of the middle of the park.

I do worry about our ability off the ball with a midfield two of Benson and Kane. Connell makes us tick over better and he doesn’t allow space either.

Benson has looked good, the goal was outstanding, but his decision making is as poor as Thomas’ on some occasions. We had a three on two with Norwood making a run out left - and he turned back inside, the ball out was the easiest in the world as well.

I honestly think we’ve been quite poor since the goal and that Charlton have been wasteful with some decent openings. We need to stiffen up the middle of the park and get a foot back on the ball.

We still lack the killer punch upfront. I hope the lack of signing a striker in the recent window doesn't come back to haunt us.

Luckily, our midfield and defense are chipping with goals from several players.

Both sides looking like they don't have a clue, apart from a wonder strike from Benson and Rak-Sakyi who is head and shoulders above League One.

Imho opinion Charlton better team let down by poor finishing.
Their right winger is fantastic and ripping us a new one.
We look neat and tidy and my worry was Kane snd benson would struggle (similar players) they look good. Duff has smartened our passing but I think we may need to change our formation 2nd half...those long diagonals are causing us problems. Williams still concerns me at the other side...but overall I'm very happy with the scoreline...id take a draw now.
Hope our coach alters a few things in our set up for 2nd half.

Wayne goodisons spot on' edwards and cadden are only engaging with their right winger after he's recieved the ball' they need to get a lot closer to him off the ball and prevent him being such an easy outlet for em' he's had the freedom of oakwell 1st half and looks very dangerous. Charlton look a decent hardworking side.

I think your view is of a different game. Charlton should be winning. For them not to have hit the target with any of the chances created is criminal. That right winger has torn both cadden and Edwards more than one new arsehole each.

There’s only one team looking like scoring next.

    And it’s not us.

We are pedestrian on our left side. It’s embarrassing

Fairly happy with that, hopefully we can get a grip on their wide players second half.

Interesting how much some or our players struggle in the championship and yet drop a division and look so much more comfortable.
L1 seems to be a great division for most of our players to learn their trade as they can get away with mistakes that would be easily punished in the division above. Benson for example has looked so much better at this level.
