    And I lost count at the number of times Matt said something along the lines of, 'Mads Andersen is there to clear'.

    A very big player for us at the minute is Mads. He's took to the captaincy like a duck to water, and whilst the drop in division has certainly helped him, I can't help but think he's playing well below the level he should be at.

    He's been a class act so far this season.

    Class act, class attitude, class mentality. We are so lucky to have him, and he's living proof that if at first you don't succeed, try again. Through hard graft and a positive mental attitude he has completely transformed as a player and as a man.

    I think I may be one of the founding members of the Mads fan club as I’ve always liked him.

    I’m hoping there will be some contract negotiations in place or at least soon to be in place.

    Let's be honest Mads was a accident waiting to happen his first season but he has matured into a leader and a consistent performer this season him and Cundy strolled through today against a very poor Fleetwood.

    If there's just one lad from our recent crop who we really want to do well, it's ar Mads. For us, his country & if gets a good opportunity further up, good luck to him. Or he can stay here, til he's 35..:)
