You forgot Farage. Oh and Johnson and Steve Baker and Lord Frost and Rees Mogg.

I think we're going to need a few more planes...

More than baffling, it’s worrying that her constituency vote/want her as their Parliamentary representative. Same goes for Rees-Mogg, Patel, Kwarteng, et al

Once somewhere is a safe seat for whatever party, the electorate will hold their nose and vote for anyone with the correct rosette. I feel genuinely lucky that I've never had a terrible Labour MP, because it makes no sense to me to unseat someone obnoxious when ATEOTD my MP is just someone who will hopefully vote for the right things.

    I'm alright jack?

First they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a socialist.

Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a trade unionist.

Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—because I was not a Jew.

Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.

    I can’t believe I’m doing this…
I think Mick’s context was that it didn’t bother him that these people (some might describe as scroungers) didn’t bother him. Rather than it not bothering him that benefits weren’t rising. A bit ‘each to their own’

I could be wrong; but that’s how I read it.

As long as she doesn’t come to Farnham by mistake. A few people get them confused.

I only put Suella and Priti because both their parents emigrated here but they don't want others to have that same opportunity.

Yes, I got that, I just think there are a few more lovely people deserving of spending the rest of their lives in a cell in Rwanda....

Yes. I find that very strange. My father was a refugee. No one wanted him here but he worked hard to learn the language, worked darn pit, raised his family, paid his taxes. I can’t look at any refugee and not see him. And yet people like Braverman and Patel just seem to have cut themselves off from their past. To me they’re more of a disgrace then folk who’ve been here for generations.
