    Pulls no punches and is totally honest. We've had far too many Head Coaches who would make excuses & claim we were unlucky. This bloke is like a breath of fresh air.

    That’s just as I saw it , it wasn’t just a bad game because nothing went right for us or run of the ball etc .
    We were woeful with all those things as he says.

    I'm still optimistic about the next 18/24 months. I think Duff knows what he's doing. I just hope the club supports him with bringing players he wants in.

    Schopp and Poya last season, on the other hand.........

    The manager sets us up to win. It's then down to the players to apply themselves and implement the tactics. How can Duff explain why the team were abject? The players were to blame for defeat. Duff said it how he saw it, many managers don't and make excuses.

    Duff is my favourite Barnsley manager. He's an absolute breath of fresh air. Just what the club needed/ need.

    I sat in the West Stand behind the dugout today, usually in the Ponty. It was very noticable how pissed off Duff was throughout the 2nd half - wouldn't like to have been one of those players going into the dressing room afterwards!

    I'm hoping there's a backlash on Tuesday. I know it's not same comp it was but it would be nice for me and Laura to go back to Wembley. George is coming on everyday now.
