He needs to change something now for sure because Thomas’ injury has totally derailed our season. Without him driving us forward it’s hard to see where the next goal is coming from with this system never mind win.

How on earth you can play with 1 striker against the bottom of the league, poor team selection on top of poor team performance.
We've got the players to at the very least give Ipswich and Bolton a game, it's the expectation levels that need raising. Duff needs to get us playing with the belief that we should be top 6 in my opinion.
We will see what's he's made of now that goals have dried up and we've just lost to the worst team in the league and still wouldn't have scored if were were still playing now. I think too many players bought in to the negativity a group of fans had about what we could do this season and so played calmer. Now they can see a promotion push has a chance, all of a sudden they look scared stiff like they don't have the nerve to achieve promotion.
Plan B? That sort of high-faluting stuff is for the Championship - where we used to be before these owners came in!
Players and Manager need to believe in playing for a play off place. Tactics need to dictate to going out to win games.
And lets not say "well they are only young lads after all, so they are going to be inconsistent and make mistakes etc". That is a totally unacceptable excuse. The test now is how Duff reacts to this, and what possible changes he makes. And more importantly, how the players themselves react to this.
That today was an absolute cluster **** up. Reset move on . Reflect on the poor lad up front with no service for 45 minutes.
