    Gone on ticketing site this morning to buy some tickets for Shrewsbury and it's saying sold out. Has anyone seen any sales updates on Twitter or anywhere as I can't believe we've shifted over 1600 a week and a half before the game?

    Just rang club and they only put so many on ticketing site at once. More got sold overnight than they expected hence the sold out sign.....

    So would I. Over 800 of us watched us lose the last time there and that was a night match and the only away following in the league all season under a thousand.

    A poor performance as I remember, albeit they kicked us off the park that night. I think Kenny Dougall broke his leg in the first half and played on for a couple of minutes trying to run it off.

    Maybe he got crocked at Donny too but he definitely got took out in the night game at Shrewsbury, I was there and can remember it.

    I've just checked @onemickybutler and he was injured at Shrewsbury - torn ankle ligaments. I recall it being a bad tackle but I may be wrong on that too given I mixed it up with his broken leg at Donny! :D

    That's nothing compared to Stuart Pearce for West Ham. He played on not realising he had a broken leg. Then there's Burt Troutman. He had a broken neck.

    Don't wish to be a pedant but our allocation for AFC Wimbledon that season was less than a thousand, just checked club website and away following was 740.

    I wonder if it is anything to do with the up coming postal strikes on 8 and 9th of November. I was planning to attend but only if I can get a guaranteed ticket by post.

    Yeah we defo had smaller away followings than 800 that season. We had a televised Saturday lunchtime game at Southend where we took 500 tops.

    The famous game where Jacob Brown got sent off for kicking a ball and Cam McGeehan got a retrospective 3 match ban for losing his balance. Still banged em 3-0, hard lines FA!!
