Thing is, everyone likes a bit of passion from their manager, there's nothing worse then a passive manager all the time, BUT, this nutter is like this constantly, it just starts to come across as being that either he's got a personality defect unsuited to football management or its all a game to deflect from his own and his teams failings - either way its just tedious with this guy, every week he kicks off like a big baby.

 

Had a quick look on various social media outlets and Bolton fans are getting pretty pissed off with him now. As you said, it appears to be happening every week and doesn't matter whether it's a match day official or opposition coaching team he seems to want to pick a fight. The lad should be concentrating on his own team first and foremost and acknowledging his own shortcomings.
