Yes, and it was very good, but there’s always something woeful coming. If a goalkeeper makes great saves but makes three errors a game leading to goals would you keep him in as he’d done one thing good? I know plenty don’t agree - and he does have attributes and moments where he looks ok - but I don’t rate Kitching as a centre back at all. There’s always something bad coming.
Just said he didn't have chance to say goodbye properly and he'd been dreaming of this moment coming back to the club. Proper lump in the throat time!
Got a dodgy feeling Andersen is gunna see red today now. Think they'll target him. Great to see Nardiello and Hammill back
Imho I think we played well...aided by an opposition who had no effort in them. Can't believe we are level.....we soooo need that striker this Xmas. This should be over.
MK Dons are woeful. But we are equally as woeful at finishing teams off. Should be out of sight! Atmosphere no better, but plenty of effort from the Ponty end corner as usual. A bit of investment in January might improve things.
Well maybe he’d do a job there yeah - but we definitely agree about his defending. Some would have you believe he’s going to be a legend in years to come. I hope I’m wrong as he is a tryer - I don’t want any player to fail for us. I just don’t see it.
I don't know what Caddrn has at half time but the past 2 home games his second half crossing has been unreal.
Another perfect cross from Cadden. Should have about 16 assists this season. Even when he plays poorly he still puts atleast 2/3 quality crosses in. If we can capitalise on those crosses consistently we'll be laughing. Great header too
I genuinely don't understand why he plays as a centre half. He can run with the ball, beat a player, he's got a great engine. The one thing he gets caught out on regularly is strikers ghosting past him when he's marking them tightly, like he did today. (He's also a nutter as he's just proved!) For me he's a midfielder, not a centre half.
