Managed to watch on phone from 15 minutes in and was falling asleep until we scored. How we are 2 -0 up is a mystery almost home so can watch 2nd half on TV

7 different scorers now for England. It’s coming home

You have to wonder why Kane wasn't in the middle instead of Henderson for the goal, should be prime real estate for your centre forward. The goal he did score started so deep in our half that he didn't have chance to get behind the play. He needs to stop dropping back into our half.

This annoys the hell out of me sometimes, I wonder if most of them are even footy fans. Brazil are the worst though, let's dress up and dance the samba, forget the footy lol.

It’s hilarious coming on at half time, knowing we’re winning 2-0 and who the scorers are, and reading this thread.

Dunno about that.. 1st 10-15 minutes they were second to every ball and we bossed it. We then seemed to revert to tippy tappy side to side stuff and let them back into it. Pickford's save came from a move that had a clear handball in the build up that was ignored by the officials although I noted the one involving ball to thigh on Stones was reviewed by VAR which never looked close eeven in real time

Pretty much 'Even-Stevens' after the first 10-15 mins and up to the 1st goal IMO.

Tempting fate but I don't see Senegal coming back from this and there will be more space for England to exploit. Like I posted, the headache for opponents is that unlike some sides that have one or two key players who can be targeted, England goals can come from any number of players so who to target is a problem (assuming Southgate let'sthem off the leash now and again)

Some good Henderson stats. He's one of only four England players to ever play in six consecutive tournaments after Rooney, Gerrard and Campbell. He's one only thirteen England players to have played at three world cups as well.

I’m sure they can watch and dance. Even if they’re not massive footy fans, so what? It’s not like it’s a sell out.

I forget who it was but one of the pundits said he'd hate to play with Henderson, because he's always shouting orders, whether it's because something bad or something good. Baffled me a bit, because how often do they blab on about leadership and how important it is?

I’m brilliant and I didn’t say Henderson was a nodding donkey who should be employed on Blackpool beach , just before he scored
