Not pulled up any trees at Scunthorpe, probably needs another loan at a club in a league below Scunthorpe to find his level. Didn’t even score did he? Although sounds like an injury cut his time short.
We all want the local lad to succeed, hopefully with us. But at the moment he looks way off it. He needs another loan out somewhere, preferably a league club.
He played 61 minutes his first game, 90 in his second, and was replaced after 24 minutes in his 3rd due to injury. Coincidentally, Scunthorpe were unbeaten in those 3 games and got 5 points. They've only got 10 in the other 19 games combined. I don't think it's fair to judge Aiden based on less than 2 full games.
I can confirm that the feedback is that the fans really took to him. One of our young uns went to watch him and he said he was clearly the best player on the pitch.
To be fair, if Marsh is fit he's probably a better option off the bench than Jalo at present. He's got a bit more experience and physical strength. No slight on Jalo but at barely 17 I don't think he's ready yet. They both could do with a loan move in January assuming we manage to bring a couple of forwards in.
You don't want to be getting Michelle Marsh mixed up with Mitchell Marsh. Or Rodney Marsh for that matter
Agreed, he'll be of use off the bench. Jalo is a great talent but he's not ready to make an impact yet.
