Good honest interview. No bull **** and no excuses. The gaffa has my full support and I think he's doing a very good job with the cards he's been dealt.
The job alone about changing our losing mentality after last season must have been gigantic proposition in of it's own. I love the guy.
We are bloody lucky to have him. He's made a huge difference to our club already. I would love for him to stick around long enough that at the very least we are comfortably a Championship side so not flirting with a relegation battle.
Best manager we've had in my book. He'll manage in the Premier League no doubt in my mind. If it's not with us it won't be because of him lets put it that way.
It's outlandish what I've said. No right, no wrong and it is too early but he's got an aura. I can't speak for fans when Clarky came in. I feel that same buzz though. Like we're on the precipice of something based on a mentality or method that can be continued. If Duff doesn't do it someone else will.
He's a very competent manager - down to earth and says it is. He's worked wonders with this squad - they look organised and have a sense of belief. Also know lose a few games and Social media will be on his back! Personally think He's a great manager who has a big future in the game
I really like M Duff. But Alan Clarke's arrival at Barnsley was a game changer for us and has no comparisons since, in the effect he had on the club and the town.
