Post been and not yet come. Ordered when came available a fortnight ago. Many of us might have to queue at the ground for duplicates if they don’t arrive. Club has said contact them after Thursday post drops if they are not included. Has anyone got theirs through the post?
Been waiting since the 6th. I popped in the box office Saturday, and they said to ring if they've not arrived by Thursday. Gonna give them a ring tomorrow.
If anyone wants a seated ticket- I have one going spare, at face value (£20). Can meet outside away end pre kick-off.
Ordered mine to collect from office and collected them this Monday gone. Got to say I expected to get an email stating when ready to collect but that didn't happen so I called in on the off chance. I was told they try to have them ready same day. Be nice if there was a comment on the order confirmation.
I live a mile from the ground but thought £2 postage was ok when it’s £1 to collect. Not sure I buy being charged to collect tickets whatever they are for to be honest. Not just BFC. I can envisage a bit of a nightmarish queue at Accrington and folk getting in late.
Isn’t an electronic version available? Emailed by the club, downloaded to your phone? Surprised if the only option is a paper version through the post which is clearly not working.
Mine arrived a couple of days ago mate - I ordered the first day of general ST holders sale which I think was the Wednesday or Thursday from memory.
For supporters awaiting delivery of Accrington tickets please call us when your post has been today if they still don't arrive, 01226 211183. We'll send a duplicates list to Accrington so they can have them reprinted and ready for you to collect from there on the day.
My post has just been, no tickets. Box office answered quickly and have arranged for duplicates to be printed for collection on the day.
Jewel in the crown of our club is the box office and has been for years. That message will put a lot of minds at ease.
A know some don’t live in the area but why would you opt for delivery if you live in barnsley knowing there’s postal strikes
