Stop being so touchy regarding female referee’s, she was a disgrace and should be nowhere near this standard of football; we’ve cost 2 points because she’s *****.
Poor second half but nowhere near the worst I've seen. Referee probably inexperienced, not a great showing from her. Proper ding dong game of football though, both sides gave it their all but the quality was really lacking in the game. Ni'mind, still on a good run.
Note to self next time we have a bad male ref must remember it’s because he is a bloke not just that he is rubbish
Finished the second half as we should have started it imo . We carrying too many average players which is stifling the team , Accepting We are a work in progress it’s frustrating that our good work is undermined by poor decision making . I stand by my earlier observation of Kitching that he’s incapable of consistency . May sound like I’m singling him out but for all his good play his incompetence far outnumbers them . Harsh but true.
you're coming across as a bit of a kn0bber tbf. I doubt you care, just calling it out as a man, rather than a 'touchy' woman.
You don’t get it do you? No-one denies she was terrible. But you are blaming all women (you do realise that the word “women” is plural? ) When we had Gary Willard did you decide to blame him for being a man? Sorry but it’s sexist, and you deserve to get called out for it.
Prayin holgate is sold leeds and lyon sniffin Around him. 3 or 4 mill could be difference between playoffs or nowt
I'm with you Marlon, he drives me insane, even though my dad and our Jim both have soft spots for him. He can dribble and ping a 60 yard cross field ball but he can't pass to feet from five yards, doesn't understand what's goal side of the attacker and can't control his temper.
Should've won, nowt to do with the ref or her assistants, who were, admittedly, poor, but both Cadden and Phillips should have scored and that was nothing to do with any poor decisions (Not that I'm blaming either of them, everyone misses chances). I've seen hundreds of games that we should have won but didn't. At least we didn't lose. Played well first half, then tried to gift them a goal with 4 or 5 misplaced passes immediately prior to giving away a penalty, and never really dominated after that. But, to be honest, no complaints about the effort from the players and when you're only one up and don't put away your chances, you're always open to conceding one. It's not a brilliant result, but it's not a bad one either. Well played Reds. We've a physically strong and athletic team coached by an extremely competent backroom staff who are doing remarkably well considering our lack of forward options. We lack a bit of skill and guile in the final third. That isn't the fault of anyone currently at the club. *Edit - We don't lack power though. I've never seen so many players in the same team who can strike a ball so hard. There'll not be many matches where so many shots on target are blocked (and not by the skill of the opposition, just by being in the right (or maybe wrong) place). Phillips nearly killed two of them. It was like a Carnival Duck Shoot.
