To the neurology department. The staff that treat me were absolutely wonderful, kind, helpful and a credit to their professions. God bless you all and God bless the NHS.
Thank you, old friend. That's much appreciated. I'm not as well as I'd like. But there are many far worse off than me.
I asked the doctor to tell my wife, who was with me, that I was a perfect speciman of manhood! He didn't say I wasn't, but he did laugh. A lot!
Hope everything is OK - agree with your comments about NHS. Mother in law had a 10 hour wait in A&E but the staff were great - waiting times aren't their problem they are trying to do a demanding job with one hand tied behind their backs!
Take care big man. I was there visiting my Auntie in the ICU ward before the Bolton game and she's getting excellent care from some amazing staff - we are truly blessed with such a wonderful institution.
All the best pal, hope it's not too serious. They are wonderful at BDGH. Unfortunately over the past 6 years I've had to attend for various issues and each and every time I have been seen by wonderful people. The NHS is not broken, it is being systematically dismantled by underfunding and outsourcing by a vindictve tory party.
All the Best Kev, hope everything goes ok...and yes, Ive always found the NHS ground teams to be brilliant, it's the upper management that is the biggest problem....
