    Just to put things right as posts are getting confused incorrect .
    I haven’t pulled anyone up or slagged because their opinion of Alex as a presenter is negative , just to get that clear .
    I have questioned a tweet someone has posted of her opinion of Alex which would have been fair enough as a opinion but then went into tweets suggesting why she was given a chance snd the employers BBC only gave her this chance as a box ticking assignment .
    Whatever your views on Alex as a presenter are valid but if you go on to agree with the tweets that went on and the suggestions and the accusations within ithem are at the very least suggestive and ignorant .

    You agreed with a poster who suggested that I was making my opinion because she had been criticised and that you were a also victim of posts such as the one I’d made which wasn’t the case and I have just said you are have right to critisise and that’s not what my post was about .

    I agreed with some of what the poster said...i.e. sometimes on here people are too quick to label you as something your not just because you have a different opinion to them ....take this case as an example.... I think Alex Scott is poor at her job ok....and it has nothing to do with her being female as I think we have some very decent female presenters .... but your one of these that can’t wait to try to say there is a motive behind the criticism...... only one person ignorant here old pal and that is you.....don’t think you will agree but heyho lol!

    For me, if anyone doesn't rate Alex Scott at her presenting job (I do rate her), that's fine. If anyone tries to play the pathetic, bigotted, intolerant comment 'box ticking', then they deserve all the abuse they receive, in my opinion.

    Scott is ok, ish, worse out there but was does grate is the BBC have recently given a lot of jobs to people with an estuary accent, Essex/Kent/sarf London. Really grates, she would describe the biggest city in the Midlands as birminham etc. I'm all for regional accents but the rest of the country aren't equally represented. I know Logan is from Yorkshire but has a bit of a cut glass accent.

    We've been engaged since an open top bus ride from Skegness to Ingoldmells 2010 mate. Not married yet but we might as well be. I don't think I'd be same person without her. :)
