    always is, but to add some context, this is off the back of the Bolton game. lots of people chalked that game off as a 'bad day at the office' and expected a response. under those circumstances, for me today's performance was totally unacceptable. repeated exactly the same mistakes: another awful penalty, an embarrassing keeper/defender mixup and another just watching them pass the ball round until they eventually score.

    interested to see how duff reacts. he's not the type to go OTT after a result, but I'd still hope to see some recognition of just how bad that was today.

    Wasn't Phillips out too? And Aitchison hasn't been in the squad for family reasons. Can't play players who aren't available.

    Benson twists and turns and passes sideways to Martin who turns and evades a challenge and passes sideways to Kane who checks and turns and passes back to Kitching, who passes up to a Derby player.

    I have been listening to Radio 5 Sports Extra, which had commentary from Radio Derby, and they were very complimentary about us for the first half. They said we were very impressive in the first 20 minutes.

    Well, well, well, what's there to be said abart that display, if you did'nt see the game, for 10 / 15mins we were ok, then they started to get into the game and i just dont know what happened, all i can say is, that we have to put it behind us, and Duff needs to look seriously at a couple of the players, just not good enough. we'll be reight C,O,Y,R, Read all the posts so far we whinge abart players, but in the next post we all praise the Manager, he's got a squad and i'm sure he knows there strenghts an weakness's more than us, he's doing the best he can with what he's got, watching this shower week in week art, i personally think he's pulling up roses.

    Perspective needed definitely based on our league position but nobody can deny other than the first 10/15 minutes of the game today that was utter garbage.

    I know that but you said keeps picking him I'm giving you a answer for the last few games. Wolfe is ***** the fact he's even a back up in a league 1 side gives me hope I could play. Squads got no depth for me I said from the start we didn't have a good enough squad to go up.

    Go back and read it again. I said "today there were other viable options available". He didn't need to pick Wolfe today, he's struggled every game he's played this season.

    Calm down Barry!
    Until 2 games ago we had the joint best defensive record in the league. Yes Bolton and Derby have been poor but all teams have poor parts of their season. I'd rather have a poor run whilst in the playoff position than in the bottom 5. Trust in Duff. He's not daft. It's a marathon not a 2 game sprint.

    You started with "He keeps picking Wolfe though" I gave you a answer as to why. Some of the others haven't played for weeks so I don't know what their fitness is like.
