It was all for publicity - the Chinese did it, so we could too. Although IIRC 1-2 of the Nightingales were temporarily taken over for cancer screening to keep patients out of the main hospital and keep the service going.
Just to update those that had sent kind wishes. Mrs Mido is doing really well, she spend Sunday and Monday in bed struggling a bit but has been improving every day and the last couple of days has been not far off back to normal. I'm the one holding her back from overdoing it now! She told me to say thank you for all your lovely comments.
