No, not us this time, its Arsenal in their recent cup victory over Oxford. I just thought I'd post this as its often said that it's only us who obtain these sorts of punishment, when in reality, even the current Premier League leaders are penalised.

If you're not fussed about reading the article, it's for surrounding the referee when he didn't award a penalty for handball in the first half.

Hopefully they’ll take a look at the way Fulham players surrounded the ref last night calling for Joao Felix to be sent off. He wasn’t able to get near the injured player.

Has anything been done about Arteta losing it in that league game against Newcastle last week? That was a hundred times worse than MD muttering something under his breath to the lino or plastic ref.

I was going to post the exact same thing @fired. It needs to be stopped, instead of just talking about "Respect". It can be accomplished in the highly volatile arena of Rugby, it can be implemented in Football.

    This.

players who verbally abuse snd approach the referee should be a red.

question a referees decision yellow card.

Watch the game change for the better if these laws were brought in to the game.

Need the refs to be empowered to command the respect. Talk back? Yellow card. Swear at the ref? red card. Players surround the ref? Book them all.
    It would soon stop.

It's like the nonsense about if you gave a pen for shirt pulling in the area there would be 20 a game.
Only for the first few games then they would stop.
Football has to be one of the worse sports for actually enforcing it's own rules. It's a shambles.
