Who thinks we should just send Teddy back to Man City now, as it hasn't worked out. The problem is we don't have many other good options up front, and yes that makes it all the more amazing that we're in the top 6, halfway into the season.
How hasn't it worked out? Hes been injured. Hes looked alright when playing. Link up and hold up has been good. Missed one sitter but other than that I cant remember him doing much wrong? Last thing we need is another striker leaving imo bud. Hopefully him and watters give us something different
That's what I mean, the fact that hes out now with an injury (which isn't his fault of course). How long is he out for by the way ?. I'm looking forward to the kid Watters getting some game time now, maybe 20 odd minutes against a few tiring teams.
Not entirely sure mate, but back of my mind he should be returning soon, so I'm assuming I've seen it somewhere. If he's out for a large part of upcoming season, may aswell have got rid on Jan 1st, so hopefully it won't be too long
I would be happy if we sent back all our summer loans. Whoever was responsible for them questions need to be asked as to how they got them so badly wrong.
I think Edwards has done well after a rocky start. Martin 100% can go though. Larkeche is fine as a back up, not had much game time but hasn't had to, and when he has played he's done okay too. Jury still out on Tedic, but he's looked decent in spells. There's obviously something there for City to pay a good few million for him, even though that's what big clubs do anyhow. I'd rather us keep Tedic than risk another loanee. 3 outta 4 aint bad
So don't be sad, cos 3 outta 4 ain't bad!. Hey wasn't that a song by Meatloaf lol. Yeah what I was getting at is depending on how long Teddy is going to be out for, sending him back might be another option. But that then means another risk on a loanee doesn't it. Speaking of players out and coming back, Aitchison had some personal issues didn't he ?.
I actually think tedic has a role to play. good in the air, holds the ball up well. we don't have any other player that can do that. Watters isn't that type of player either. just another that we've been unlucky with, injury wise
