    Rennies £5.50 in Tesco. Its only Calcium Carbonate mined in Derbyshire. Why have they more than doubled in price in the last few years ?

    It's because they're being imported from Poland. They were going to open cast them in Cumbria but that might take a bit of time to set up.

    Pickled onion space raiders multi pack been a £1 for, well for ever it seemed but suddenly jumped to £1.50 over night, gutted it was one of the few things that kept the kid in me going

    The vouchers have steadily got worse every month. They used to be £2.50 off £25, £5 off £50, £7.50 off £75 and £10 off 100 and you could stack them up to £100s. They are now £2 off £25, £5 off £60 and (I think) £10 off £100 and they only give you a couple of each.

    Agree, but its still nice to get a discount, and we find the discounted products to our taste especially the youngs battered cod 2 for 1.69.

    Just been to lidl shin beef used to be £3.99 fell out with it when it went up to £4.50 looked today as I fancied it £6.29 that's an increase of nearly 60% somebody's having our pants down they reckon inflation is running at 10% if that's true who profiting from such massive increases farmers, supermarkets because somebody is.
