    How is it possible in anyone's eyes that was a penalty?

    Our player was in possession trying to dribble the ball away

    It's a good job Norwood scored when he did, otherwise the apauling ref would have had to have a serious think about giving us one then.

    Haven’t seen it since real- time at match, but if it’s a bad decision we shouldn’t be too surprised should we? Thought he did ok today, but he did seem to give them ‘sympathy decisions’

    It’s a wonder he didn’t disallow Norwood’s goal for a dangerous high kick.

    Never a penalty in a million years. Absolutely horrible decision. Michael Duff should be perfectly entitled to demand an explanation from the ref’s boss.

    Yep. I said at half time that the ref seemed to give them a lot of sympathy fouls in their own box.

    Didn’t think it was one sat in the west stand. Didn’t think it was one sat on my sofa watching the highlights.

    Yet another to add to the collection. I think we’re certainly due 1. Or 5.

    What, you mean when Thomas was laid out, flat on his back, but somehow managed to divert it to Norwood who then scored? Had Thomas NOT been badly fouled there is no way he would have ended up in that position from a gentle cross from the right. I was amazed though that he didn't disallow the goal for a "dangerous high kick". Superb finish though :)

    It gets worse every time I see it. I wouldn’t be surprised to see us get a penalty in the next game.

    I joked that it was probably their number 42 had flopped down to the floor as that’s what he did every time the ball came near him……

    To me he tripped over his back leg as he was dribbling it out ! 2 things firstly he should have booted it secondly never a penalty but I’ll wait till I see highlights

    Look at the link in this thread Jud. I was too far away to see it real time, but looking at the clip it’s an embarrassing decision. It’s a foul on Larkeche, as he’s running away from the penalty area with the ball. As far as penalty decisions go, that’s up there with one of the worst you’ll ever see. Laughable to give.

    Blinkin eck, was walking around to see t flag so missed it. Just seen it on Sky Spuwerts. Did the ref have a stroke or something? How the flippin eck is that a penalty :eek:
