https://www.killiefc.com/forum/index.php?/topic/15834-unfair-treatment-of-shaw/page/6/ Seems to divide opinion!
whoever we bring in, I'm pretty much resigned to the fact I'll be 'meh' about it. we're just not in the market for a name that's gonna excite people. whoever we sign, is likely to need some work. no disrespect at all to killie, but I reckon they're probably around league 2 standard, at best. if he's dividing opinion at that level, he's probably gonna do the same if he comes here. we'll see.
Ffs....at least let him sign before you predict what will happen to him.... who knows he could hit the ground running and turn out to be best signing ever and a big fans favourite!!!
Sincere apologies, mate. It was a slip of the keyboard. I'll type a bit slower in future. Sorry, Gimpy.
Shame because it appears keeping Martin is a waste of time for him and us. Guessing no break clause or we aren’t really having to contribute too much to his wages.
It looks a poor signing from a league 2 standard team. Not exactly a stand out player in his team which you would expect if we have aspirations of top end league 1/championship.
I’m surprised Norwich haven’t recalled him to loan to another club where he’d get more game time. It’s just a waste of time him being here especially now Thomas is close to being fit.
"Hope the move goes well for the lad. For me he’s been a victim of Mcinnes basically having a shocker of a start to this season. Constant changes and tinkering and playing players out of position. Our style of play if you could call it that hasn’t helped any of our forwards. Anyway all the best to shaw when he moves." - Morais in charge?! Other than the start to this season, he has a very decent goalscoring record, and if there's anybody who I feel will get the best out of him, it's Duff and his staff.
