Nah, your first batch was spot on, but I have to challenge you on two of these. I’m a music obsessive and have a 500gb iPhone. Couldn’t care less about the squillion megapixels camera and all the other features, but I love it cos, seemingly unlike most people, I love iTunes and I can get a sizeable chunk of my music library on my phone. iTunes combines music with lists, which appeals to my I’m-not-on-the-spectrum-really self. I wouldn’t even like to guess how many different playlists I’ve made, but I bet I have the tidiest iTunes folder around! I have 5 iPods full of music, but the user face on the iPhone is so much better. And New York is fab. Been there three times and love it. Would have happily lived there in my younger days (nowadays I want to live in Malcesine in Italy, where I’ve been 5 times). I’ve only been to a few places in America. Loved Chicago and Honolulu, was knackered and skint when I was in LA, so didn’t make the most of it. New York is the best though. There’s so much to do/see/eat.
I'm not denying they have their good points, but both are massively overhyped. And apple can just b0ll0x just for their deliberate method of making perfectly good phones obsolete, when they already do far more than I need them to.
Champagne - huge disappointment ! Silk Bed-sheets - slippy and itchy! When someone 'official' says 'Lessons have been learnt' after they've fkd up.
I always get funny looks as a Yorkshire man not watching cricket, but I just don't get it. It just feels so, so boring. Maybe it'd be different when there live. Is there a reason they don't play in rain? I think someone explained it on here to me previous, but I still don't know how cricket scoring works
Yes, I have quite a few old iPhones and iPads that are good for nothing. All the other aspects of the phone don’t particularly bother me though. As long as I can speak to people on it, text people on it and store loads of music, I’ll probably not change my phone for about 6-7 years. What does annoy me about my iPhone is that it’s a new model, as I only got it last year. It has 5G, and yet I can never get online at Oakwell. Yet my son with his 5 year old hand me down iPhone has no problem.
