I stand by what I said about the video having a music video of a bloke dressed up like pat butcher wearing nipple tassles and pretending to drink piss I find disgusting and definitely not for the younger kids who alot listen to his music... very wired.

 

Thought alot of the young ens loved his music so I imagine there's loads watching the video. Could do with a age restriction like films and video games have or even totally banning.

I think you’ve completely missed my point. I’ve never worked down the pit but used it as a metaphor for industry. If you showed any weakness your life wouldn’t be worth living. So if said you didn’t want to be called a certain name, I can guarantee that whatever it was you didn’t want to be called would be your name for the rest of your life. It was the first thing most lads learned, never show any weakness. It’s probably different now, but that’s how it was. Saying “Don’t call me that, I don’t like it “ was a passport to misery. I’ll be me, I’m quite comfortable.

No. That's not what's happened at all. Richard Madely was talking about Sam Smith's music video. Sam Smith was not there. Madely accidentally said that the video featured "a shot of him, Sam, " at which point his co-host said "remember that Sam Smith uses the pronouns they" and Richard replied with "they, yes, sorry"

It's hardly the story of the chuffing year. Man accidentally uses the wrong word and immediately says "sorry, they". Sam Smith hasn't complained to anyone, in fact I don't think they probably didn't even know it had happened yet somehow you've decided that theyre a wet wipe who is offended.
