    Oxford have a decent home record and have had points off both Ipswich and Wednesday.

    We can’t dominate 90 minutes of all games.

    We won and deserved it on the balance of play.

    Great result.

    Agreed, and I think the wind played a big part too. Those high balls into the box in a swirling wind were very dangerous, and I think we largely coped with them very well.

    A few weeks ago at Charlton we had something like 22 shots 11 corners and 63%of possession yet lost the game 2-0 so tonight made a nice change to be behind on stats to Oxford but win the game.

    Some folk aren't happy until they see or draw blood...does it really matter how we played...for the record we won accept and move on ....3pts in the bag and still got games in hand and still 6th....I'm pleasantly please I predicted we would loose 2.0 so let's rejoice we won

    Just back from the game and a bit baffled by the OP. We were comfortably the better side in the first half and should have had a bigger lead. I’d say Oxford were comfortably better second half. But we still looked dangerous on the break scored one and could have had at least one more. Draw would have been a farer result. But I’ll take 3 and point to the Charlton game we’re we were much better but lost as the balance
    I think we will finish in the top 6 but then less confident about our chances

    I don’t think we’ll go up this season. There’s a few reasons for that but winning at Oxford isn’t one of them.
