Looked like he was Injured before game. When doing warm ups when teams came out he was holding and rubbing his hamstring for a good few mins then.
Then after about a hour he was doing same till finally he went down with it and got took off with only a few mins lefr

Seemed to be running feely for most of the game. As a 32 year-old pro, he should be well aware of how far he can push his body so I would expect him to recover quickly.

I didn't think he looked as sharp as he has recently. He looked to be playing within himself a bit which the injury would explain.
Need to keep him fit and playing as Cole is looking really poor at the moment.

Granted he did well there but I thought he was largely below par as he has been recently.
Most decent strikers would have put away (or at least tested the keeper) that one on one chance in the first half. I'd rest him and bring in Watters for a start at Pompey.

I noticed the same in the warm up and even just before kick-off, rubbing his hamstring. It also took him an age to get back over the half way line after our 2nd goal, limping back and holding his hamstring again. Although straight after they kicked off he was pressing and closing down like nothing was wrong, so it may have just been a bit of time wasting.

Injury and missed chance aside, I thought Norwood played pretty well last night. For our 2nd, he had to hold the ball for what seemed like forever, as he was boxed in by defenders and Cole was being marked closely initially, so Norwood couldn't play the pass as quickly as he wanted to. When he did play the pass it was a great little ball round the corner for Cole to run on to.

He should have stretched off before the game.

He tends to do that after most goals we score, hobbling back as if injured. Probably all part of the timewasting routines.

Thought it was Cole who ran down the right passed to Norwood then to cadden to score or have I missed something?
He did okay yesterday apart from missing that sitter to make it 3 nil which would have killed the game. I would like to see him and Cole score more 2 defenders scoring again.

Norwood was crucial for the second goal.

    Norwood's work set Cole free.

I think he's been one of our most important players this season. So much more than just a goalscorer.

Been really good the last couple of months, I think.

I thought his one on one last night was more of a good save from the keeper rather than a missed sitter.

He sits fairly near to me at home games (I think anyway) and he’s constantly having a go at Cadden. I wonder what he thought last night as I thought he was probably our best player.
