    This is a god awful job advert and then they wonder why we are woefully understaffed in catering.


    We are recruiting the following positions across hospitality:
    Restaurant Team Leaders
    Experienced Bar Staff
    Waiting Staff
    Match Day Concourse Staff
    All applicants must 16+. All Bar Staff must be 18+.

    That reception and administration job is asking for a lot. It doesn't even mention pay. Do people actually bother applying for jobs that don't mention pay? You spend ages filling in your details, find out the pay and not want it and feel you've wasted your time. Said I have said before they should become a Real Living Wage employer of no less than £10.90 an hour.

    Well what is it for?

    What are the hours? I mean even roughly? What's the pay? What's the job?

    It basically says "we sell food oh and drink. Apply within"

    Put some feckng effort in to the ads and maybe supporters wouldn't be keeping their money in their pockets because the club doesn't employ enough staff to handle the simplest of task.

    I hate that. Similarly I hate when recruiters/employers try to ask your current wage before making an offer.
