    Crawleys drop was bad as it was straight to his belly !!!

    Set my alarm for 6 to watch the last session. Not a fan of Test cricket under lights though, favours bowlers far too much.
    But what's really annoying me is the three lions emblazoned on the black armbands. F.F.S. go the whole hog and slap some advertising on em!!!

    Bad enough with a pink ball and striped stumps but it would take the biscuit with ads on the armbands.

    NZ won the toss and it looks to have back fired with having to bat under the lights

    They're calling it a "brave" declaration on radio. I'd have thought it was a no-brainer. No point letting Jimmy be peppered by the NZ quicks when he'd only add half a dozen runs at best. Anyway, it was rewarded by Jimmy taking a couple before close! Like the general swashbuckling style of the batting though.

    It’s refreshing to see positive batting and a positive declaration.
    Only problem is if they beat us with only 1 or 2 wickets left…… they won’t though !

    Second test starts this evening at 10.00 and , so far , it’s an unchanged side.
    Anderson is now officially the number one rank in the ICC’s test bowlers list.
    I really enjoy watching him bowl so please Jimmy keep going for a couple of more years !

    India did well but Australia always find a way. They are an incredible sports team to dominate all three formats. They are in their 7th T20 world cup final already. Channel 4 are showing the final thanks to Sky as long as England win tomorrow.
