Where is Iseka

Good luck to him if he comes back. He's our player at the end of the day and deserves some support.

 

Let’s not forget he was given a chance under Duff and (allegedly) failed to put a shift in during training sessions.

I’ll repeat I’m glad he’s safe and well - but I’m not sure we need him in the squad as things stand. He may end up being a bit of a life drain, a negative influence.

That said if he comes back hungry to succeed and shows some graft, he’s probably got more out and out ability than some of the other striking options.

I doubt he’ll be back and if he is I doubt he’d be eligible. But if he does come back and is allowed to register, I trust Michael Duff to decide on whether he features or not.

 

Anybody kno when his contracts up..wasting a wage there. as well as his mate

 

If he comes back, we need to support him as fans.

1) Because he’s our player.
2) Must have been quite worrying when over there.

Hopefully he might see this a sign to put the work in. He’s got talent, no doubt - we all saw that.

 

Not a world in which he gets back in our first team squad. Duff wouldn’t have it.

ALI is laughing up his sleeve at us. Signed a long contract for a lot of money and then downed tools. I wouldn’t be rolling out the red carpet for him put it that way.

 

When he first came Ithought he could cut it but he appeared to switch off and never got going again. Can't see a place for him now but if some posters are correct we're paying him and Oulare a fair whack which would be better invested in players who want to play for the club...

 

The problem in respect of both ALI and Obbi is that they are contracted to the club until May 2025 and 2024 respectively.

You can’t just shift a player on if nobody wants to sign them or match their contract. Getting these two off the books will be either very costly or need them to find some form either out on loan or with us.

Just saying they will never get in our team doesn’t mean you can just cancel their contracts. ALI could sit for the next two years picking up his salary.

Still think there's something not right about the signing of these two under Mr Conways tenure. Signing Oulare,a player on that length of contract and wage who's record up to then was appalling, should be questioned. granted Iseka did eventually play and started quite well but again when a player obviously stops trying there should be some recourse for the club to take action. if you dint perform in your job there would be a procedure and you would be sacked...without compensation...

 

The " not right" bit is conman Conway.

 

I actually think there's a player in Iseka, somewhere. But obviously MD has different ideas and that's fine with me.

 

Chronicle reporting that It is not thought that he has returned to Oakwell, and that the club are looking into the possibility of loaning him to a new club if they can get special dispensation.
