In or out tomorrow? It's a tough call. None of us have crystal balls. If he doesn't feature and we don't win, people will say he should have played. If he plays and picks up a card, people will be saying he should have been left out.

Personally think he has to play. If our philosophy is 'don't look beyond the next game', then we have to pick our strongest team. Just have to put trust in him to stay out of the book.

Pretty frustrating though, when one of those bookings was while he was getting subbed, and one of them was before he even got on the pitch! Both totally unnecessary.

Has to start effectively giving him a 1 match ban if we dont - hopefully we have enough of a cushion to take him off after half time
His stupid booking as he was being subbed on Tuesday is very annoying though

Knowing our luck we'll play him and he'll score a hat trick. He'll be subbed on 60 minutes to rapturous applause only to discover after the game that he's got a muscle problem that will keep him out for 3 weeks

He’d have started on Saturday if the game was on, so he should start tomorrow night. Unless Duff sees a tactical reason to pick Tedic or Watters to start instead

Majority of bookings are needless. Can completely understand why he was angry, one of the few times I've agreed with him being in that manner

I agree with you, everyone having a pop at him over the booking puzzles me , if someone kicks the ball away or pulls his shirt of then that result is a stupid booking but he had just seen Dawson pull of a great save to deny him a goal & then turn to see the officials give a goal kick , no wonder he gave them a gob full , he was fired up he was passionate & wanted to win , he might have regretted it later but he doesn"t deserve stick for it .

Where's he more valuable, Exeter or Burton? The game he'd miss against Morecambe we should win anyway, so which of those two games are we going to need our best side? For me it's Exeter.

Especially given the opposition, rivalry between fans etc bud. Can completely understand it and majority of us at that time would have reacted the same.

I had to argue the toss with Paddypower to get paid out on a bet for him to be booked. They tried to say it didn't count because his number had gone up to be subbed off.

If he's in the eleven which Duff wants to pick, which given he's been our best forward in 2023 you'd assume he is, then he starts. Look after what's in front of you, pick the best side and do the most you can to keep the momentum going. Take one game at a time - it's the biggest cliche in the game but it's what has got us to where we are.

Duff normally subs him after an hour give or take and could maybe reduce that a bit tomorrow if he's not already been booked when we go 2 up after 50 minutes :D

It'd be sods law if we rest him v Exeter and then he gets sent off or injured in the first minute against Morecambe too!

It's okay putting your point across. Getting in the lines space and saying **** off 2 or 3 times your asking for a booking surprised he didn't get a red tbh.

And yes that lino was ****.

Yeah I understand all that bud, but in heat of the moment I get why it was happening. Other times I've berated him for it, I.e the red earlier on, I've berated Kitching for losing his head and his cool in other games, but thats what I mean about this one, I completely understand why he lost his head, given the situation, rivalry, opposition, every decision has an impact on us now, every corner can basically decide whether we're still in the run in for autos or not. I hate when our lads surround ref or shouts expletives towards them etc but this is one of the rare occasions I have no issue with it, literally just heat of the moment

I agreed it should have been a corner but we have been on the wrong end of loads of decisions this season if we start swearing at officials everytime things go against us were going to have a lot of suspensions. Mads did it the week before at Wycombe. Especially when you have racked up so many yellows already use your experience as it's schoolboy stuff.

Yep I agree. Didnt like Mads doing it. 95% of the time it angers me we do it. But not this time. Hopefully he avoids getting 1 more yellow tomorrow and all is well and good:)

If Duffs game plan works better with Norwood then he should play. If Duff has different tactics and Norwood doesn't dovetail then he shouldn't play.
