So I have some questions about tickets for forthcoming matches and have tried boxoffice@barnsleyfc.co.uk hospitality@barnsleyfc.co.uk Also tried the box office twitter account and the main Barnsley FC twitter account. No response. As much as I sympathise for the health issues Beth has been taken out of the equation with, the club should be doing better to responding via these channels. What is the point in having them if not!
I phoned the club today, answered after two rings. I was put through to the person I needed to speak to straight away and my issue was dealt with within 10 minutes. However, I also sent an email two weeks ago and have had no reply! So my advice, give them a ring.
I called, couldn't answer my question as box-office don't deal with hospitality issues. Just said no idea we don't deal with that.
Hospitality bookings etc at Oakwell have been a nightmare for years. Nobody replies or takes control of it.

Andy, could someone from the club get the Centenary Society weekly draws done, or if the have been done, publish a list of winners. Last results published were for 10 February this year. TIA
