https://www.soccerbase.com/referees/referee.sd?referee_id=2693 He should stick to refereeing non league games.
Derby didn't like him against Exeter..... https://fanbanter.co.uk/paul-warne-...acted-to-woeful-refereeing-decision-at-derby/ Walsall wasn't impressed, with Herczeg having to have a word with the bench..... https://www.expressandstar.com/spor.../17/michael-flynn-frustrated-by-walsall-loss/ Stockport County fan..... Bradford City fan (notice the time wasting part)..... Grimsby Town fan....... Plenty more but I will stop with this one. I guess he's an amazing ref to keep getting games and fans of so many different clubs are all just completely wrong about the Durham official.
What gets me is the EFL saying they have nothing to do with picking referees, why, they run the bloody league
This is a good one.... He's not all bad though. Google his name and this pops up from years ago. https://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/news/north-east-news/fundraising-memory-boys-club-manager-1401911
He shouldn't even be refereeing at Sunday league level after that blatant penalty not being given. Inept.
What gets me is how quick they want to fast track refs. Based on that article he's 29-30 and he's not done much EFL refereeing above League 2 level. Yet they felt he was up to refereeing a promotion challenging team with lots to play for, despite how many clubs seem to hate him.
I dont think anyone is referring to them as people, just their incompetence & inadequacy, and sometimes even a modicum of ability, to do their jobs in an efficient manner
Its the lack of accountability thats so gauling' the media are quick enough to grab interviews with managers and players to get answers but referees make shocking decisions like yesterday then just ride off into the sunset' they are pros now and are paid as such so they should be held accountable for their short comings.
