You can always tell a poor referee - when he annoys both sets of fans.

That was a definite penalty - he had a great view of it. Good job there's no VAR in League One or we'd have conceded a penalty and been down to ten men for 77 minutes.

I thought at least half of the bookings of our players were rubbish - Charlie Kirk & JB's were ridiculous. Also Conor's - if we're booking players for kicking/taking the ball away, there'd only be five players left on the pitch at the end of every game every matchday. Wasn't Zak Ashworth's for kicking the ball away too?

For Barnsley fans, at least they know it's not a too-damaging defeat. I thought they were immense.

Fair summing up I'd say. I thought the ref went a bit silly with the yellow cards, but to be fair they ARE supposed to book players for kicking the ball away....

The ref got their bookings correct. Their keeper was time wasting most of the game, which got worse when they went in front. A stronger ref would have been brave enough to give him another yellow for time wasting. Kicking the ball away is a yellow card. Holding on to the ball to slow us down when it's our ball is a yellow card. They can't complain.

I assume JB means John Brayford? How they moaned about him getting a yellow is beyond me. He should have been sent off for the non-penalty, then did more than enough to warrant a second red after that!

Refs never send a keeper off for time wasting. It should have been a pen and a red after 12 mins but the ref didn't defend for us so we can't blame him completely.

He got away with wasting time for far too long before his original yellow for time wasting and then continued to do so. He should have got two yellows not one for wasting time.

I agree but how many times have you seen a keeper sent off for time wasting? Never.

We're in no position to ever criticise anyone for time wasting. We're one of the worst for it.

It's annoying when it happens, but let's be honest, Collins is a twit for it too. We can't really complain about it when our lad is cracking at it.

With Brad collins in our team i don't really think we can moan about keepers timewasting.

I never complain about our players sh*thousing. About time we had our fair share of cheating, i think it makes up for the law against us having penalties and being seen as a "little old club". Well f*** them. We'll do it our way

Must have seen some rhubarb if they thought we were immense ! Couldn’t settle very scrappy, couldn’t string a few passes together and Devante well what can I say, btw not an overreaction to one game I’ve said it all season.
I’d start Norwood and Tedic Monday not convinced by Watters

His goal v Wednesday apart, Watters has been invisible for me. Really hope we don’t start him on Monday. Tedic deserves a chance before Watters I’d say.

I thought Tedic was excellent yesterday in terms of his all round play. Horrific miss from a yard out that hasn’t been on the highlights though..

could have easily had a Hatrick . Deserves to start Monday. I think he’s quality and will score once her gets going. Agree Watters wasn’t very noticeable

I thought Norwood and Cole were off their game.

I’d pick Cole and Norwood on Monday, but then put Tedic in for Cole for the next away game

I'd give Tedic a start too. He looked very good on the ball yesterday. I also think he's more likely than the others to win a penalty (!!), as his good control invites rash challenges.

Nah….I’m not having that. We aren’t getting a penalty this season, of that I’m sure after yesterday.

Opinions I thought tedic was poor yesterday. Watters should have scored but at least made the keeper make a couple of saves.
