For the Ipswich match tomorrow. The Ponty End looks about 50 tickets shy of selling out but there's a bucket load still in the West Stand and quite a few in the East Stand also.

Is it because we've wrote this off as a dead rubber match now and just looking towards the play offs?

Some people can afford to go to them all/ most some can't so probably picking their games, and there was one just last Saturday.

I just feel this match lost it's soul after the defeat at Burton.

Would imagine the many people who don’t go to midweek games might then pass on their season tickets to people that might have bought a ticket - I think if we had been firmly in the hunt for autos people would have attended in larger numbers.

It’s disappointing for sure I know times are tough for all.
However unlikely we win tomorrow we are back in with a shout of automatic and Saturday would be key.

I'm not surprised. I doubt many people think there's a realistic chance of autos now. The original date would have been very different.

Or people figuring they'll be paying for a semi ticket and possibly an expensive trip to Wembley

Would've been a sell out on the original date. As it is, autos remains unlikely even if we win. So can understand people saving their cash for the play offs.

I'm surprised but we're gaureteed the play offs 2 legs and a possible Wembley trip won't be cheap if we get that far.

Not surprised at the empty seats when automatic isn't likely but at least two extra games is.

Don’t think it’s illegal. Just not part of the terms and conditions.

It's against the T&Cs, pretty sure it's not illegal.

Agreed it would take a unlikely set of results for it to happen now. That said all we can do is go win all 3 games and see what happens.

Choice for me is £20 to watch on my own on a cold night at the ground or £10 to watch at home. I almost hate myself for saying it but that’s how it is.
In years gone by, no contest, but £10 saved is significant at the moment. I’d like to go to a play off final if possible but everything is just so much more expensive.

The biggest problem for me in regards midweek matches in general is ifollow. Makes it far too easy to be an armchair supporter and is slowly killing football in a similar way to oversaturation on TV has been doing for years
