Let's qualify first before we start counting chickens would be my advice Personally I'd love to meet Wednesday in the final....they'd expect to win due to them being the massives that they are.... If we were to beat them ....we could dine out for years on that one win alone ....and would completely wipe the slate clean for all the past misdemeanours we've witnessed over the years....would love to hear ..we can see you creeping out as we run in the 4th to make it 4.1 on the 85th minute lol One can but dream lol
I hate trying to predict. But we have a good a chance as any. Bolton nowt spectacular of late. Wendy blown automatic away since we beat em. Derby thrashed em at home. Peterborough. Dark horses
Wish they had balls, a better mentality. The team have 85 points, one of the club's best returns in 136 years, with two games to play. Useless, soft ******.
What ? How have you come to that conclusion , is it by tuning into radio Sheffield ? I suggest you actually go & watch them before coming out with a statement like that , choose what happens they have been fantastic this season.
At this point I'd take that just to have successfully got through the semi's.. Giving Bolton or Derby nearly 6k in tickets won't be the greatest of decisions by the club. Sure Khalid could get that stand capacity drastically reduced somehow loosn a few roof tiles or sumert.
Not got a "bad feeling" but last time after winning 4-1 at Wigan on the last day after being 1 down.. and Wigan we're champs. You just knew whoever we played Walsall Bradford or Millwall.. we'd beat em. This time round looking way more even.. at best. Would like to see two good results and performances in the last two games. To put down a marker
Tbf you can only go back as far as when the 3 points for a win came in.. but I get and agree with your point.
We will get good size allocations at either of those grounds. And make good noise. Score first and it'll quieten em. Tbh it's about time we split the north stand in sell out games. It worked better than ok at the portsmouth game. And get the west stand up to scratch. Not sure how much it would cost. but having it full would go a long way to offsetting the bill.
Stats don't lie. Every time they've gone behind they've had their bellies tickled barring one game against Bolton and a couple of draws where the ref ruined the game.
to be fair we havent had a lot of practice at coming from behind, and if we score first which we have done in a lot more games we almost always go on and win We might well have come from behind to beat Portsmouth had the ref not disallowed a perfectly good goal blowing for a foul to us as the ball was passing their keeper
If we get to the final and we play them, it'll either be the best or worst day watching Barnsley. Okay, second best after 1997.
