I’m intrigued. We did all we could a few weeks back and with railcard on the correct day was about £37 each. So how you got that especially open?

Happily not a problem for daughters live in Epsom/Ewell (30 mins to Victoria/Waterloo) or in-laws are in Watford so on line for Wembley, like The Reds, obviously,

Not an issue for me it will be the same price on the day as I can get it now. Also won’t be stuck with loads of opposing fans on the train back out of Waterloo

Newcastle playing Chelsea the same weekend and potentially Sunderland and/or Middlesbrough at Wembley so there could be increased demand on the east coast line.

If ever there were an occasion where a playoff final should be moved from Wembley, surely this would be it?

I know we're not there yet, but just imagine 25-30k Barnsley and 400k Wendies heading south on the same trains & roads! Just bonkers. Could save the fans a fortune and the police a whole load of stress by shifting it somewhere else. Old Trafford? Villa Park??

Brammall lane would be the best from a travelling viewpoint. But maybe it’s just too small.
Wembley is fairly convenient for me mind

In fairness, London is probably easier to get to than Manchester for trains as they're crowded at the best of times, never mind 70,000 fans coming back to South Yorkshire.

We've also got to get there yet. No easy games.
