Anyone who’s done anything like this in the past - the post says you can only book your own seat online; as I have two kids on my login as well will it allow me to book those too? I will login and have a look myself of course but wondering if there’s a way to do it that someone knows that’s all EDIT Done, easy enough. Had the three tickets reserved when I logged in. I had to choose between a £2 fee for postage or a £3 fee to collect from Oakwell mind you. I had assumed they’d just send an e ticket. As it is I’ve saved a quid by selecting postage that I don’t really want! There were only those two options.
30 of you b5tards in the queue in front of me. You'd best get a move on, I'm busy and not in the best of moods. None of this foraging through your man-bags for the right card and what have you.
All of them will show up for purchase when you log in (assuming you have them in your network). Just done mine. One surprise is that there's no option for a digital ticket or to load it onto a card. The only options are postal delivery at £2 and a collect from Oakwell option which also states that it has a processing fee.
Drive down get staff to print - free (yet places avoidable demand on staff) Drive down to collect ordering online - not free Get posted - not free
I’ve done that before but if you get them to do the work there is no admin fee. Makes no sense. I’ll be going down so no incentive to buy before I enter the box office
That’s proper cheeky as owt making people pay an extra £2 just cos they want to purchase online. Surely it’s better for staff when people order online…
Sorry… it’s £1 per ticket when collecting. That’s cheeky as fck.. if 1 person orders 10 for family and friends they are stuck wi paying an extra tenner
I’m in a queue at the ground which is quite long because it’s the principle for me of paying to collect an online order. If it’s free for them to make the order in the box office I’ll come down so I have. Can’t believe no e-tickets.
