Kitching overhall has had a decent season and improved a lot but some people think running around like a maniac and getting stuck in makes a great player when in reality he must be the worst passer of a ball the club’s got .

I think you either have positional awareness or you don’t and if you haven’t got it 4/5 years into your professional career it isn’t coming. Other aspects of his game have developed this season against poorer opposition

Can criticise Kitching all you want but it's bonkers that he was having to mark 2 men while Bobby Thomas was standing in no man's land.

Fact is all the lads have had a decent season as league one players! Truth is how many, if any can play at Championship standard? I would settle for another bonding and growing season in league one.

If you're willing to settle for just being in league one, will you personally pump in over 6 million quid the board has pumped in this season alone? Promotion, we should chuck absolutely anything and everything to achieve it this year matey

If only it was that straightforward. Near misses do not necessarily mean going one better the season after, with same or new players

We’ll have to agree to disagree. I think that awareness is something that can come with experience. 1 of those 4 years he missed a lot of with injury, and he played under two very poor coaches last season.

I get what you're saying but football is about here and now, we went from playoff's to relegation with largely the same players, I'd love us to go up and see where it takes us, building gradually probably isn't going to happen because we'll always lose our best players.

I don't personally rate him, was surprised he was offered a new contract also. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions.

Hes no where near good enough for the Championship. He passes the ball like an 8 year old that's listening to his school team coach, his positional sense at set pieces is awful, he looks like a shaking shitting Harry Maguire under pressure sometimes when hes made a mistake then comes another and another, stands out a mile the manager is trying to roll him in glitter,

But League 1 standard is low, this is the worst standard for a while so we might get away with playing him.
