I'm not used to this type of thing but going on to the BFC site is driving me nuts !
I want my own East Stand lower seat which is greyed out on the plan so I can't get past that. What the flip do I do ?

    Give them a call…
I’m not right good with computers but my son bought our own seats last Friday relatively easy and they’re now registered on our season cards

Do you need to enter the URL of the photo of your Colchester stub before you can progress?

Given up on it. I'm going down to the box office at dinner to do it the old fashioned way.

It's greyed out because it's reserved for you till the 11th. Sign in on the ticket site, if you sign in on main page you will have to sign in again when you access ticket page, ( it took me ages to work it out ) when you get there click on your profile top right, it will bring a menu up and It will bring up a box with your tickets in. Good luck, it may have changed in the last couple days.:rolleyes:

    Nah, nowt's happening.
I'm doing this on my laptop and I can get so far then I'm faced with the grey dots !
If you reckon they are held until the 11th then on the 11th it would be a free for all with folk grabbing season ticket holders' seats.
By my reckoning we can reserve our own seats up to the 11th then after that it becomes open for others, so why can't I buy my own seat now?

    Yes.
However I have just discovered that at the side of the "account" symbol there is now a blue blob which gives the ticket info if you press on that.
    I didn't have a blue blob before !
Now have breezed through the process .... thanks for any help given. See you Friday.

To be fair, I found it particularly difficult this morning too. As you say, it wasn't clear how you selected your own seat. I found an option eventually for "reserved seats", and it then gave me the option to buy tickets for 8 of the people in my network. I had to untick 5 of those and then it let me buy the 3 I wanted.
