There's a lot of griping on here about the technology. Bit unfair. This is Britain you know, not South Korea.

Mine was eventually successful too, after a little over two hours of trying over and over again. I agree with others that it was probably an issue with the Ticketmaster functionality but irrespective of that the club owns the relationship with fans and should therefore be concerned about it. I'd like to see some sort of acknowledgement and apology for the problems and also strong representation to Ticketmaster to make sure it improves in future.

In a predicament at the minute as my Dad (senior ticket holder) won’t know if he is able to go until Friday. He said he is happy to pay for an adult ticket so it can be used by his nephew if he can’t make it. Does anyone know if that would be possible?

Dont think you will be able to buy an Adult ticket and assign it to him - usually when on a restricted sale you have to buy the ticket class that matches the assignee. It actually says on the website "Season Tickets cannot be up or downgraded." You can only get a Senior against his name

When I was there this afternoon there were: a few down buying tickets for home leg / picking tickets up for home leg plus one lady buying a ST for her son for next season

West stand not changed, hope this positive news involves a plan to redevelop it.

I travelled from Wetherby today because getting my (ST) seat last week was nye impossible on the web site. I ended up buying by 'phone at the 4th/5th attempt ( kept getting kicked out of queue every 5 minutes). So thought I'd "devout" the time to go to Oakwell for an away ticket. Queued for 1hr 20 mins and got what I wanted but it seemed a bit chaotic: at least one guy buying (not renewing) season tickets; another guy seemingly trying to buy for a load of people. I was inside the ticket office for 40 minutes while he was at ine kiosk and he was 'phoning people right, left and centre to ask for information needed to buy tickets (think they were for the home leg). It was very tolerant, in my view, for the till lady to put up with him as he clearly hadn't come prepated for what he was trying to do. He eventually left about a minute before I got my tickets without having got all he wanted but, at least, seemingly, in good humour. There were also some young lads trying to get three tickets for Saturday on the strength of oneof them was 140+ points. Credit to the lady who only sold them one ticket, to stop themqueue-jumping over 120+ points holders, but (and I'm not being picky here) she said she thoughtsales tomortow were general public which, according to BFC web site is not true. Opportunity for improvement here.
Only comfort is that, if we get to Wembley, I presume it'll be a day or so for all season ticket holders to buy followed by general sale so, hopefully, no issues....:)

bit more personal I think or they don't have internet. I saw at least a dozen old guys down there this afternoon. Me, I went for a walk in the sunshine! What's wrong with that?:) It reminded me of 1997 queuing for the Premier League Season Tickets! :)
