    A jury in a civil court has accepted that he raped Ms Carol, don't the police have a duty to charge him in a criminal court after this result? If he's a rapist he should be in prison.

    Aye, but it's a thin line between sexual assault and rape, I'd be interested to know how the difference is defined.

    I know that the burden of proof isn't as high in a civil case but in light of the verdict, surely the police should be investigating?

    I think it's something to do with the original crime being outside the statute of limitations for a criminal prosecution. Could be wrong though.
    He was cleared of rape but found guilty of sexual assault. He doubled down on his claims on the "grab them by the p****y tape that stars could get away with it and, when asked, classified himself as a star.
    What an absolute stand up guy he is.

    I believe in this case its because the Jury were convinced the victim was penetrated but werent sure if it was Trumps fingers - sexual assault or his dick which then becomes rape. I guess from the victims point of view the difference is quite small.

    Nice to see GB "News" that not a news channel occording to Ofcom is handling this in a nice even handed way
    It beggars belief that any TV channel is allowed to present such propaganda with such a biased pannel
    That a serving politician is allowed to host it is just mind blowing
    Dont watch if easily offended

    Not so sure about this, you’re right about not losing support amongst his hardcore lot, but they’ll be many Republicans and ‘ floating voters’ who will be rather uncomfortable with a candidate with this baggage, amongst other stuff.Let’s hope so anyway.
