Been on general sale since last Friday, they just reserved all ST holders seats until tomorrow, any that haven't been taken by said ST holder will be on sale then. Got my 2 last Fri, just to left of goal, about a third of the way up the Ponty, couldn't be @rsed waiting to see what was left by tomorrow.

Tickets for the first leg were due to go on general sale tomorrow. Was always going to sell out before it reached that point though.

There can't be too many ST'S who haven't taken their own seat I imagine. Some will undoubtedly be on holiday and some may have left their seat and bought free seats somewhere else so they can sit with someone who is coming with them.

But failing that, how many who are invested enough to have a ST are gonna choose to miss a play off game?

Here's a bold one.......given the leap of faith that people took this year when buying/renewing their season-tickets, could the club not have thrown in this home leg as a bonus freebie? Okay, a hit on income, I'll grant you, but a full Oakwell could be worth its weight to get us over the line. You'd still sell plenty at £20 to fill the place. And no, that doesn't include me this year - due to work commitments and still feeling ill after last season's shitshow, I didn't renew.

Yep, checked this morning, looks like we've still got more than half the ground available. Can only imagine people are waiting to see how we get on tomorrow. Strange one really.

Maybe could've done a discount for season ticket holders, but £20 is very reasonable. I'm very surprised at how many seats are available. Hopefully we do well enough tomorrow to speed sales up next week.

Not saying it isn't, but apparently folk are reluctant to pay it until they've seen how things go tomorrow.

I might pop down the bookies later and see if I can get a few bob on West Ham winning last night's European game.

But the trouble with making the tickets free for season ticket holders is, you end up with thousands of seats, that you have no guarantee of being used, and then people who might want to buy them, not being able to. I think the club have got it just about right. Reasonably priced, given ST holders time to get their seat, but also then time after that to sell any not sold to ST holders.

No. 50% of the revenue goes to the EFL. I was told that they also set the pricing (although Ive been told Derby wanted to charge 28 which is in conflict with that). The remaining 50% per cent goes into a pool with all the other 3 teams in the playoffs and is split between them. We discussed with Khaled about offering some free tickets and there is only a very limited number they can allocate for this game.

Absolutely shocking that there's still half the ground unsold considering the season we've had.
The same people deciding not to bother will be the first ones to complain when Duff takes the first opportunity to leave.
Yes, we finished the season poorly but come on, Duff and the players deserve our backing.

If sales don't pick up over the weekend, I wouldn't blame the club if they increase Bolton's allocation to be honest.

I think like others mentioned. Going to depend on tomorrows result. If the result is close or we are in a good position those tickets will sell like hot cakes. Unfortunately if losing 3-0 I don’t think some people will probably believe by attending that they will help to turn it around.

I'd still want to go if we were 3 nil down to be honest. Could be in with a chance of seeing something really special. We put 3 past Plymouth, 4 past Derby and 4 past Wednesday. Its not impossible.
