Going early with this one. I’ve kept quiet about the Wendy result until we’ve played as I didn’t want to tempt fate. I didn’t watch the game last night but wonder if there is anything we can learn from Wendy’s performance? My instinct is that we need to press early as I don’t fancy us to absorb their pressure for 90 minutes.
Calm heads, plenty of heart and play our normal game. And win the next half Wendy's totally lost their heads, showed no heart, and I suspect their normal game went out the window. I fancy our lads will be really up for this one, the rest is just background noise. COYR!
Early goal, don't let them score first! Then the jitters can die down and we can play our normal game!
I have to drop the brother in law at the airport this afternoon so will most likely miss the first half . Hopefully we attack with intensity from the start and get right at them. COYR.
Let's hope the recent dip in standards and form was down to one eye being on the play offs and today is back to business as usual.
All I want is for us to turn up and make a fist of the match, if we play to our potential and lose then so be it, if we don't turn up and lose then it's our own doing
Press, press and then press some more. Repeat what we did against the piggies and we'll be ok i think
I have faith in Duff and the team to get a result, i only hope my faith aint as damaging as the Wednesday arrogance, having a brew, and then half a mile walk up the hill. C,O,Y,R,
A positive result today will depend on A Mads being fully fit B Jordan Williams retuning to form be defensively and offensively. In my opinion our recent drop in performances have coincided with Jordan's poor form.
Keep the game tight. Bring them to Oakwell with something to play for and I'll be happy. We've already exceeded my expectations for the season. This is a bonus. UTR
