If you could pick 5 penalty takers from our history to take Penalty’s if that’s how it goes during the playoffs, who would you pick? My 5; Cauley Woodrow Darren Barnard (Despite Wembley miss) Redders Paul Hayes Craig Hignett
Swap Barnard for Neil Thompson. He didn’t take many for us, but he never went for placement, just rockets
Dominik Werling He could hit it straight down the middle and the ball and keeper would both end up going through the net
For breaknetability it’s got to be Werling and Thompson. None of these tip tap pens …. long run up and blast-off
The 5 that took em at the Swansea final. (Don't watch at the game as I'm a jinx. But caught em on the highlights later lol. ) All fantastic if I remember rightly.
Good 4 though mate. Can't find a link to just the pens. Did they miss a couple before we got to the 5th lol. If so I'll chose Redders.
We scored all 4 they missed 2 remember Tate missing his at the end think he’d also missed a sitter in extra time
Lads used to call me Muhkwilltzeimers at work, ( part of my name. Some folk will know lol. Funny name I know.) and others who forgot summat. (Not obviously wanting to make light of that horrible disease, )
