Surely the club must do something about this we could have brought a full coach load of reds fans on the day but because nobody can sit together I’ve been told to forget it Abit short sighted for families and friends
to be clear, the 2 ticket rule is totally out of the club's hands. nothing they can do about it. where the club probably have fallen short, is only having 1 category. so basically if you don't have an ST or know someone with one (and enough spare ticket allocation), you get lumped into GS and fall foul of this ridiculous 2-ticket rule. the EFL would probably just say the Club should have offered more categories, for non-ST holders. and they might have a point.
Wonder if they are able to rectify this on Wednesday, ie if you have bought x from club/ purchase history , you can have 4/6 tickets. It’s not like we are going to sell out
The 2 ticket rule wouldn’t be end of world if you could use networks. Also does it need to be an adult account to buy tickets or any account
I'm also assuming that the 6 ticket allocation will still apply for any ST holders who buy from tomorrow - and they won't just default to GS rules for everyone? Just imagine the chaos, if ST holders waiting until tomorrow find they can now only buy 2 tickets
People who are buying for others, how are you getting around the money aspect? Are you buying the tickets and praying the people pay you, are people paying upfront and praying they get the tickets or are you inputting other people’s payment details? Every option sounds risky.
Imagine if it defaults to 2 for everyone, you can just see it happening can’t you… everyone will turn up at the Box Office complaining, sacking off online and Ticketmaster over the phone.
Trust has to come into it I imagine. I think it's fair for people to ask for the money up front, if they don't personally know them beyond being posters on here.
Right, what can l do. Me, a mate and the young un were going - adult dropped out after the 2 ticket rule. Dad originally ruled himself out due to bad knees and age, he's suddenly passed a late fitness test and will be making his first BFC game since 2008. My brother has an account and booking history, can l add him to something and get all 3 tickets?
My old mate sent me his email address, season ticket id, name. dob. Earth address.... I called the number (0844 453 9090 for ticketmaster) Long wait.... I used Brian's info and at the end I paid with my credit card (that is my numbers and name) ... the e tickets were sent to Brian's email address. I'll talk to him and he should send the tickets to me. but he's an old mate, trusting and trustworthy..... worked for us.
Looks like I wont be going then, me the wife and daughter want to go but I aint not sitting together, me and my daughter have been nearly all season (missed the odd one) but we dont have a season ticket. We both have a ID number on the bfc website, wonder if I cud get the 3 using the 2 ID's? All season ticket friends have used up their allocation. Really poor idea this.
You can. Use 2 browsers or 2 devices. Log into one as you and one as your daughter, choose the seats next to each other (1 on one, 2 on the other) and you have 10 minutes to check out on both with the seats reserved
Try Stevie... give it a good go... this match could be historic... it is just an administrative pain in the arse..... don't risk the regret... I didn't go to the Bradford Match..... i regret that a lot....
