Some great advice. It's helping having my parents and all my hobbies and interests are easy to start doing again. My model railway collection is at my parents as are my Golf clubs. I can start walking round the Race course to start with to get some weight off until it's safer to do more rigorous exercise. Reading never been my thing but I'm enjoying watching sleuthing programmes on ITV 3. Wire in the Blood etc.
Get yourself in a good position at the 3F pole - it's a short finishing straight! And come over to the stands rail if the ground is soft!
There’s some excellent advice here Young Stephen. My own advice would be simple. Don’t let your mates take you out for a night in Rotherham, end up in a nightclub, dance with a beautiful women until the early hours, then as the lights go up, discover the reason she appeared to struggle with some of the Quicker numbers was because she had a wooden leg. Honestly mate watch out for that. Could happen to anyone. Take care.
