Anyone else on that big green coach from Worsbrough? It's not setting off until 9.30 which sounds a bit late to me.
Hope you've got a space booked on someone's drive. I'll be amazed if there are still spaces in Stanmore's car park at 10.30am
Leaving at 6.30 am , down to my sons near Buckingham & then train in from Milton Keynes , if we win back up the M1 via Milton Keynes , if we lose straight up the M4 to Bristol , up to Manchester & back across , worth it to avoid the potential sniggering blue & whites !
Leave about 9am from north of Lincoln, drive down the A1, Canons Park station about noon subject to ease of journey, then a train to Wembley Park, etc etc.
Sunday, 7am. Straight into London to go to all the record shops in Soho, then meeting up with some mates, and maybe even a couple of Wednesday fans (they’re not all attendnonces) and then staying with a mate at his parents. Was originally going to be at his flat in Hendon, but he’s house sitting at his parents’ house in West Hampstead for some reason. Makes it a doddle to get to Wembley on Monday though
Tip.. dont be going right to the end of the M1 and around the north circular. get off at J4 and go down the A5. Wembley will be in the 2 o'clock position. Tw@'t navs should recalibrate.. 2-3 different ways from A5 if busy depending on time your there..
If anyone can give me a lift from Pontefract to Barnsley on Monday morning it would be much appreciated.
Another tip.. with everyone coming the same way at the same time.. think about getting off M1 at 15a.. heading A43 Silverstone Oxford.. 20-30 mins to M40 south to Greenford flyover before hanger lane..
This. ^ There's a roundabout every 500 yards on the A43, but the M40 is a breeze, straight onto the A40 and Wembley.
